  2. Own the strategy and alignment across all key stakeholders. Drive the country strategy forward by influencing local operations and commercial teams to meet ambitious targets.
  3. Become an innovator at the core. Use daily local insights to identify opportunities.
  4. Develop a forward-looking understanding of the competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and macroeconomic factors to proactively position Korea for success and scale local playbooks regionally.
