Stripe is seeking an Operations Associate for Product Support Operations in Mexico City. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, analyzing processes for scalability and user experience improvements, and collaborating with other teams to enhance product offerings. What you'd actually do

  1. Troubleshoot and solve external user issues
  2. Communicate resolutions to end users in English
  3. Analyze our processes and instigate changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience
  4. Work closely with other Stripe teams to improve our product offerings and messaging around new products and features
  5. Partner with global operations specialists or business process owners to run a critical workflow
