What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across Securities Services Operations
  2. Manage multiple concurrent projects, including workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources
  3. Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
  4. Facilitate workshops and interviews to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
  5. Gather, document, and maintain layered requirements (business, user, functional, and technical) with full traceability
