As an Operations Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance to support the planning, direction, and monitoring of information systems operations. You will assess system capacity and recommend machine modifications or additional equipment where required.
The role involves preparing operational cost estimates for both current and proposed projects, as well as evaluating vendor proposals for hardware purchases. You will oversee the compilation of records and reports related to production, system issues, and maintenance activity.
You may also advise on organisational, procedural, and workflow improvements, contributing to methods and process analysis. Through regular monitoring of operating system performance, you will analyse results and recommend changes to improve efficiency, processing, and overall system utilisation.
This role requires digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of systems is continuously maintained to a high standard and that new features and integrations operate at an acceptable level prior to release into production environments.
- Continuously develop understanding of payment, settlement, and trading processes and system workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring adequate documentation is in place and kept up to date.
- Specify projects by working with Product and Tech Teams to set out requirements, ensuring all risks and edge cases are captured and handled.
- Support Product and Tech Teams during development and testing phases.
- Create operations delivery documentation, test plans, and scripts for products and features.
- Liaise with Product Owners and Agile Delivery Managers to organize testing and ensure efficient feedback turnaround post-release.
- Own and deliver last-mile testing, check-out, and pilot activity once tech deliverables are released into UAT/production environments.
- Lead continuous improvement activity, tracking system/process issues and driving root cause analysis and resolution.
- Conduct post-release checks to ensure core functions of the business are fully operational.
- Work with Operations teams globally to ensure smooth implementation of projects (e.g., training, product guides, feature demos, feedback sessions).
- Analyze bugs and prioritize fixes with Product Owners, propose solutions and workarounds for minor bugs.
- Attend weekly demo sessions with Product and Tech Teams.
- Identify issues and errors proactively to Operations Delivery Manager.
- Suggest improvements and solutions for the operations system and workflow, communicating these to the Operations Delivery Manager and/or VP Operations.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to lay out product requirements and develop operational solutions.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Warsaw office.

- Experience producing documentation, test plans, and scripts for products and features.
- Track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and conducting root cause analysis.
- Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver operational solutions.
Preferred:
- Recognised as a subject matter expert, with responsibility for maintaining accurate documentation.
- Experience coordinating testing and feedback processes following product releases.
- Hands‑on involvement in delivering last‑mile testing and pilot activities.
