This role leads operations for a proprietary supply channel within Uber AI Solutions, focusing on scaling programs for internal solutions and external enterprises. The goal is to establish leadership in the AI training space by managing operations, defining go-to-market plans, advising product teams, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for safety and reliability. The role involves tracking metrics and scaling the channel internationally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end Operations programs for for our key proprietary supply channel for Uber's Internal Scaled Solutions programs.
  2. Define go-to-market plans, operating models, and engagement structures that enable program delivery.
  3. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of product experiences, incorporating regulatory requirements, policy constraints, and operational realities.
  4. Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Policy, Support, and Operations to ensure products meet a high bar for safety, trust, and reliability.
  5. Track and interpret core product and business metrics related to adoption, usage, and safety signals.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in frontline marketplace / supply side operations in top tier GCCs
  • Additional 3 years of experience in product operations roles.
