Work You’ll Do
As a AI and Data Science Engineer III on the project, you will:
- Oversee end-to-end automation delivery lifecycle, including intake, assessment, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate across functional and technical stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Lead customer engagement and outreach, serving as the primary point of contact to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing program efficiency, scalability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required**: **
Bachelor’s degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active Top Secret security clearance required
3+ years experience in Business Process Design/Re-Design, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and improve operational workflows.
2+ years experience in Data Analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, support decisions, and measure program performance.
2+ years experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Intermediate), including defining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
3+ years experience in Workflow Management, managing intake, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
