What you'd actually do

  1. Own and monitor the performance of key rider and safety metrics, from funnel conversion to experience and marketplace impact
  2. Translate rider signals into actionable insights, explain user behavior, retention dynamics, and experience trends.
  3. Proactively identify emerging issues across markets and recommend actions to protect user experience and business performance.
  4. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs (data analysis, support tickets, user feedback, competitive insights) to develop a comprehensive view of the pain points.
  5. Partner with Regional and Local Operations teams to design and execute initiatives that improve rider funnel and minimize incident rates.
