What you'd actually do

  1. Identify operational and structural weaknesses and design mitigating strategies and controls in collaboration with Product, Data Science, and other cross-functional teams
  2. Take an analytical approach towards issue identification, root cause analysis, understanding of safety controls performance
  3. Work to continuously improve and innovate our operations including, testing new fraud detection signals and processes
  4. Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting on processes and key metrics
  5. Present models, findings and insights to senior management to drive business decisions
