What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate the end-to-end operational flow for Sales and Account Management. You will help define and maintain standardized processes for activity tracking, partner onboarding, and performance metrics to ensure team consistency.
  2. Maintain the health and utility of CRM tools (Salesforce). Drive data accuracy and build visibility into the sales activities.
  3. Streamline payment cycles and settlement flows. Your focus will be on ensuring accurate and reliable daily operations.
  4. Coordinate the hardware lifecycle, from procurement and inventory management to delivery optimization.
  5. Proactively identify unstructured workflows. You will empower the team by creating the "source of truth" that enables everyone to execute with excellence.

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
