What you'd actually do

  1. Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple, practical solutions, and weigh tradeoffs to recommend the best approach to bring efficiencies and growth to our airports.
  2. Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across the country, regularly reviewing performance for all airports.
  3. Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics to help figure out strategy and action plans. Develop and apply an understanding of the levers that move our business.
  4. Manage all requests and discussions with our ongoing partnerships at airports, venues and events. This includes running analyses, attending to any questions partners may have, as well as growing the partnership if possible.
  5. Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal to scope, test and implement initiatives.
