What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a new team of in-office Financial Crimes Operations Associates who conduct Enhanced Due Diligence Reviews for Stripe's High risk customers while adhering to the Regulatory and compliance Guidelines.
  2. Guide your team in completing KYC in conducting in-depth reviews in user documentation and public databases for alerted individuals, adverse media, high risk country and business sector reviews
  3. Awareness of money laundering, terrorism financing, and/or sanctions trends and regulatory developments
  4. Drive strong operational delivery and process improvement helping to mitigate financial crimes risk while balancing operational efficiency and user impact
  5. Identify gaps in current systems, policies and strategies, and recommend enhancements and process improvements to mitigate risks
