Operations Manager for Lime's micromobility services in Washington, D.C., responsible for managing warehouse operations, staff, fleet availability, P&L, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize market strategy and ensure safety and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and staff across multiple shifts. This includes managing workforce schedules (including temps), resolving attendance and timesheet discrepancies, and planning staffing needs.
  2. Ensure high fleet availability and reliability by monitoring repair output, mechanic performance, and quality standards.
  3. Set clear KPIs for mechanic productivity and efficiency; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action where needed.
  4. Oversee ordering, tracking, auditing, and usage of spare parts and tools; ensure accurate parts assignment and availability.
  5. Implement and enforce safety protocols, PPE standards, and workplace compliance requirements; spearhead local safety initiatives.
