Operations Manager, Post Merger Integration and Mergers & Acquisition

Legora is seeking an Operations Manager for Post Merger Integration and Mergers & Acquisition to build their global integration function. This role will own the integration lifecycle from pre-sign diligence through the first 100 days, turning deals into a repeatable global machine. The ideal candidate will translate deal theses into integration plans, own execution, serve as a partner to acquired teams, build repeatable playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional owners. They will also partner with deal teams on diligence and integration readiness, and track progress for executive stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Translate the deal thesis into an integration plan with clear owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.
  2. Own execution from day-1 readiness through close-out, keeping acquired teams productive and retained.
  3. Serve as a trusted partner to acquired teams, helping them navigate Legora and keep their momentum.
  4. Build repeatable diligence and integration playbooks that improve with every deal.
  5. Coordinate function owners across People, Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and GTM, and drive trade-offs to decisions.
