What you'd actually do

  1. Develop the rider acquisition growth strategy based on data driven insights and deep understanding of rider base
  2. Propose and execute projects from planning, operations, ongoing performance tracking, to analysing results. Drive a culture of experimentation to test, learn and iterate quickly across the markets
  3. Be a trusted subject matter expert and thought partner to Local Operations and Product teams. Develop functional expertise in your topic quickly
  4. Influence partner teams to get buy-in and resources to execute on agreed vision and goals

Skills

Required

  • Strong data analytics and visualization (Excel/Google Sheets required)
  • Data-driven judgement and decision making based upon strong analytical thinking
  • Able to develop highly actionable solutions for complex problems and drive implementation
  • Comfortable project managing the rollout of large initiatives across the region which require cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal and Tax
  • Strong communication skills (English) to share information formally or informally with key stakeholders

Nice to have

  • SQL knowledge preferred
