  4. Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage complex data to understand user behavior in growth segments. You will use these insights to design incentive programs, communication channels, and operational experiments that improve the experience for the users.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Be a passionate advocate for the users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth projects that serve the best interests of both riders and driver-partners.

Skills

Required

  • Fluent or Native in English & Spanish
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, management consulting, strategy work, or high-growth startups
