Operations Program Analyst, Emeia — 11 Month Contract

This role is an Operations Program Analyst for Apple's Distribution Centre Operations in the EMEIA region. The primary focus is on program governance, vendor partnerships, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement within the distribution network. While the role involves identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes, including through AI tooling, it does not involve building or shipping AI models or agents. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on operational excellence and managing a portfolio of initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and maintain management systems for Value Added Services and AppleCare Engineering programs, tracking status, risks, and milestones across a dynamic project portfolio
  2. Maintain the EMEIA operations roadmap, ensuring alignment across project owners and delivery timelines
  3. Prepare executive-ready updates and briefing materials that give leadership clear visibility of progress and risk
  4. Serve as primary operational contact for a third-party logistics partner running a distribution centre in Cork, Ireland, managing performance reviews, cadences, and issue resolution
  5. Consolidate and manage KPI reporting across EMEIA Finished Goods and AppleCare operations, partnering with the central planning team
