Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operations, Strategy & Execution Lead to support the GM/LT with the execution of strategic priorities, manage governance structures, track execution against priorities, and lead cross-functional program management. The role involves translating regional/global strategy into measurable plans, facilitating financial planning cycles, and improving decision quality and execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the GM/LT with the execution of DS UK strategic priorities, through execution and planning (leadership meetings, business reviews and business cycles).
  2. Manage governance structures, priorities, prepare briefings and presentations, coordinate follow-up actions, and ensure leadership decisions are executed as needed.
  3. Track execution against priorities, driving clarity on ownership, execution and delivery to ensure delivery of financial commitments.
  4. Cross-functional program management: Create project plans, manage timelines, owners and risks, maintain governance and clear reporting.
  5. Execute strategic cadence of internal, social media and digital storytelling strategic priorities, portfolio milestones and Leadership and NHS‑relevant moments

Skills

Required

  • Ability to understand business strategy and coach the transition to translate it into actionable plans
  • Proven communication, presentation skills – in all forms.
  • Experience of managing social media platforms and communication platforms.
  • IT literate – ability to analyse and present information using appropriate IT resources.
  • Data analysis skills and ability to draw actionable conclusions.
  • Creative divergent thinking, problem solving skills, inclusive thinking.

Nice to have

  • University degree in business administration, marketing & communications, public administration or related fields or studies would be preferable but not essential.
