Support daily production management work, operate machines safely and efficiently, ensure continuous operation, comply with production management specifications, maintain traceability of materials and products, modify machine settings with engineers for product changes, balance materials according to work order production plans, and perform other related work as needed. Responsibilities include daily production work according to work orders (50%), completing quality records (25%), and completing line activities such as cleaning and clearing (25%). Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next level of management. Ensure subordinates follow all company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Perform other necessary duties.
