This role focuses on optimizing the recruitment lifecycle through process, technology, data governance, and compliance. It involves designing, standardizing, and optimizing recruitment processes, providing support for TA tooling, leveraging data for insights, ensuring compliance with global standards, and managing cross-functional change. What you'd actually do

  1. Own High-Complexity Workflows & Processes: Serve as the primary owner in designing, standardizing and optimizing our recruitment process. You will build durable mechanisms that eliminate failure points and ensure rigorous adoption without constant manual intervention.
  2. Operational Agility: Provide ad hoc support and project oversight of our TA tooling initiatives
  3. Lead with Data & Insights: You will leverage data to ensure accuracy, moving beyond basic reporting to generate actionable insights that steer operational strategy.
  4. Champion Compliance & Governance: You will ensure all activities adhere to global governance, GDPR, and EEO standards.
  5. Manage Cross-Functional Change: You will lead change management for process shifts by anticipating resistance, tailoring communications to diverse audiences, and utilizing feedback loops to iterate on solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience leading and executing complex recruiting operations initiatives
  • Deep expertise with core recruiting or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, GoodTime)
  • Proven operational rigor and strategic planning aptitude
  • Expertise in pulling, interpreting, and communicating data from recruiting tools
  • Familiarity with TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance
