Ops Sr Analyst Mkts

This role provides analytical support for Global Markets sales, trading, and underwriting for various financial products. Responsibilities include processing fixed income trades, managing client queries, liaising with internal departments, and assisting with ad-hoc projects. Requires client servicing and capital markets experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintains accuracy of client portfolio using internal and external comparison tools
  2. Performs research and conducts moderately complex analyses using established techniques, including transactions that require special handling and exception handling
  3. Explores methods to enhance processes, further reduce risks, and boost client experience
  4. Partners with colleagues on the trade and sales support teams, as well as external agents
  5. Creates reports and liaises with internal partners to ensure proper client reporting and assist with regulatory reporting

Skills

Required

  • 1-3 years of client servicing experience
  • 1-3 years of capital markets experience

  • Ability to successfully navigate a complex global markets processing structure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with data analysis, including maintaining databases, collecting data, filtering and cleaning data, identifying patterns, interpreting data and presenting findings
  • Associate’s Degree or higher with a major in business, finance, accounting, economics or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry
