This role is for an Associate Analyst in Visa's Operations Command Center, focusing on incident resolution, process improvement, and system administration within a global payments technology environment. The candidate will manage ITIL-focused service, ensure timely communication during incidents, and potentially lead critical event management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify ways to improve processes and procedures; generates new ideas and options.
  2. Work with technical teams to identify and implement improvements in tools and monitoring using automation or other technical solutions.
  3. Work with Management and Operations SMEs to identify potential areas of improvement in processes. Develop and implement those improvements and engage with Operations teams to ensure process improvements are distributed effectively including the provision of education.
  4. Communicate effectively throughout the incident management process to ensure that all communications are timely and accurate.
  5. Able to prescribe the fastest and easiest resolution path.
