Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Manager

This role is for an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Manager at Deloitte. The primary responsibilities include leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementation delivery, guiding package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. The role also involves overseeing client engagement activities such as requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle implementations and strong leadership and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation delivery across multi-disciplinary teams and project workstreams.
  2. Guide package selection, fit-gap analysis, and solution design to align business requirements with program objectives.
  3. Partner with steering committees and client stakeholders to monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and resolve program issues.
  4. Oversee client engagement activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment support.
  5. Build client relationships, mentor delivery teams, and support business development efforts within the Oracle practice.

Skills

Required

  • Functional implementation experience on 5+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
  • 12+ years of Oracle implementation experience
  • Experience leading systems strategy, fit-gap analysis, business process design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for Oracle implementations
  • Experience on Oracle implementation projects with total project value exceeding $5 million
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules: Record to Report, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Project Portfolio Management, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, or Fixed Assets
  • Demonstrated executive-level autonomy in managing complex initiatives and competing priorities across large, multi-functional teams.
  • Superior communication and influence skills, including the ability to convey business and technology strategies through compelling presentations using MS Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced analytical acumen, with a proven record of navigating and resolving multifaceted business and technical challenges.
  • Extensive leadership experience overseeing the lifecycle of Oracle application deployments, including strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
