This role focuses on managing the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions for clients. It involves client management, delivery of technology and business solutions, business development, and people development within the Oracle practice. The role requires extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations and related modules.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for driving the planning, design, and implementation aspects across the entire project workstreams.
  2. Helps in package selection and analyzing the business value capture and the business case realization.
  3. Works with the Program Steering Committee to manage timelines, risks, and issues across upstream and downstream systems/teams for the entire Package program.
  4. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
  5. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.

Skills

Required

  • Functional implementation experience on 4 or more complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations.
  • 6+ years’ total Oracle implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • A Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

  • Full lifecycle expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Supply Planning, Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Plan to Manufacture (PTM), Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS), Demand Planning, Inventory.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
