Oracle Epm (pbcs~pcmcs) Consultant

This role supports finance transformation projects using Oracle EPM, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. It involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with teams to deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, including those leveraging AI for finance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting finance transformation projects focused on financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics
  2. Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state workflows
  3. Assisting with the design and implementation of finance operating models, governance structures, and process improvements
  4. Preparing client deliverables, executive presentations, process documentation, and status updates for project stakeholders
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deploy technology-enabled finance solutions, data-driven reporting, and process automation

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, financial planning and analysis, finance operating model design, or global business services
  • 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, or developing future-state process documentation
  • 2 + years of experience supporting an Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EPCMCS, EDMCS) based finance transformation, finance process improvement, or technology implementation project
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average

Nice to have

  • Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, or Master of Accounting
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, or financial planning platforms
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience with process automation, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics use cases in finance
  • Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Project Management Professional certification
