Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

Seeking an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to optimize and extend ERP functionality for a defense technology company. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement ERP solutions that support scaled manufacturing, supply chain, accounting, and other core business processes. This position requires deep experience in Oracle Fusion at manufacturing companies, focusing on business outcomes and minimizing technical debt.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maximize the value Anduril captures from its ERP by addressing shortcomings, extending functionality, and engineering workarounds minimizing Oracle Fusion tech debt.
  2. Partner with internal/external customers to provide guidance on Oracle Fusion capabilities and collaborate with architects to design or remediate ERP solutions as needed to meet dynamically changing business needs
  3. Empower processes as they relate to ERP (PLM Integration, BoMs, Routings, STD Costing, Production Scheduling, MRP, Planned Maintenance, Inventory Mgmt and reporting ) across the enterprise
  4. Uplevel the understanding of our ERP’s capabilities across other parts of the organization and work with teams responsible for the PLM, MRP planning tool suite, MES, WMS, etc. to improve functionality of their tools
  5. Work with other product managers owning other core workstreams (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.) to address their needs and deliver low tech debt cross functional capabilities

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions at manufacturing companies
  • Oracle Fusion experience
  • Business communication skills
  • Technical communication skills

Nice to have

  • Aerospace & Defense industry experience
