Oracle Hcm Implementation Support Specialist for Time & Labor and Payroll Modules

This role provides functional support for the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Payroll and Time & Labor modules. It involves requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications and Oracle-based solutions. The role also supports go-live, training, documentation, and ensures compliance with payroll controls and regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide functional support for the full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Payroll and Time and Labor modules to include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  2. Partner with business stakeholders to analyze Payroll and Time & Labor processes, document requirements, and translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle-based solutions
  3. Configure and support key module components such as payroll elements, balances, time entry rules, approval workflows, and related business processes
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional and technical teams on integrations, data conversion, testing, defect resolution, and overall solution readiness
  5. Support go-live, stabilization, end-user training, and documentation while helping ensure compliance with payroll controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with delivering solutions for one or more of the following platforms: Oracle, Peoplesoft, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
  • 1+ years of experience with supporting configurations for HCM modules to include Time & Labor and/or Payroll
  • Bachelor's Degree
