What you'd actually do

  1. Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) implementations with primary ownership of Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Absence Management, from discovery and design through testing, deployment, and hypercare
  2. Own the configuration for time entry, approvals, scheduling/time rules, accrual and absence plans, eligibility, balances, and integrations with payroll/downstream systems while ensuring auditability and compliance
  3. Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to resolve complex workforce scenarios and drive clear decisions and governance
  4. Lead testing and cutover execution, including test strategy, SIT/UAT support, defect triage, data validation, and readiness criteria for go-live
  5. Guide integrations and reporting needs in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring data quality, security roles, and control alignment

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  • 2+ years of experience leading the full life-cycle configuration of the Oracle HCM Time & Labor module
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have

  • Experience with the functional implementation of the Oracle HCM Absence module
  • Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management certified
