Oracle Hcm Time & Labor Functional Support Specialist

This role supports Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management modules, focusing on configuration, implementation, and testing throughout the full lifecycle. It involves assisting with workshops, documenting requirements, configuring WFM components, preparing test assets, and supporting data conversion. The team works with government and public sector clients, focusing on HR strategy and technology transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) across the full implementation lifecycle for Time and Labor and Absence Management
  2. Assist with fit-to-standard workshops and requirements documentation, capturing end-to-end processes for time entry, approvals, time rules, accrual/absence plans, eligibility, balances, and reporting needs
  3. Configure WFM components (time card layouts, validations, approvals, time calculation rules; absence types/plans, accrual rules, carryover, eligibility) and maintain configuration workbooks/traceability
  4. Prepare and execute test assets for SIT/UAT, triage defects, and validate outcomes against expected results
  5. Support data conversion and cutover activities, including mapping/validation for accrual balances, absence history, schedules/time profiles as applicable, and cutover checklists with parallel validation where needed

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with delivering Oracle HCM solutions
  • 1+ years of experience with supporting the full life-cycle configuration of the Oracle HCM Time & Labor module
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have

  • Experience with the functional implementation of the Oracle HCM Absence module
  • Oracle HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management certified
