This role supports trainers and adoption coaches for Oracle Health solutions in federal healthcare settings, focusing on project management and coordination of training delivery. It requires extensive travel and the ability to obtain security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives.
  2. Remain knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively.
  3. Build, manage, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators.
  5. Submit timely and accurate timesheets and forecasts; ensure compliance with forecasting targets.

  • Experience with training project management, preferably in healthcare or federal environments
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR platforms
