This role is for a Senior Knowledge Leader within Oracle Health's Federal Consulting team. The primary focus is on designing, configuring, and supporting education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants who support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies (DoD, USCG, VA, IHS). The role involves providing domain expertise, implementation guidance, and developing learning content to ensure consultants are equipped to successfully deliver Oracle Health implementations. It is a client-facing consulting role that emphasizes teaching, translating complex solutions, and improving consulting methodologies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and product release communications for Oracle Health Federal Consulting teams.
  2. Provide domain expertise, implementation guidance, and workflow design recommendations across multiple Oracle Health Millennium solutions.
  3. Author, develop, and maintain associate-facing learning content using technical documentation, implementation methodology, and Oracle best practices.
  4. Educate and coach consultants on Oracle methodologies, implementation standards, and recommended workflows.
  5. Partner with Learning Instructors and cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for content enhancements, process improvements, methodology updates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • 7 years of combined related work experience and higher education
  • 2 years of Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, client-facing consulting, or information technology solution experience
  • 5 additional years of directly related professional experience or equivalent higher education
  • Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Health Millennium solutions
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Health implementation methodology, workflows, and solution best practices
  • Experience developing training materials, learning content, or knowledge resources
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card

Nice to have

  • Experience working across multiple Oracle Health Millennium solution areas
  • Familiarity with PowerChart (Acute and/or Ambulatory) and Revenue Cycle/Patient Accounting workflows
  • Experience leading train-the-trainer initiatives, knowledge transfer, or consultant enablement programs
  • Experience supporting testing readiness, workflow validation, or implementation education
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry best practices, systems integrations, databases, core applications, and web technologies
  • Experience supporting Federal healthcare organizations such as the DoD, VA, USCG, or IHS
