This role is for a Lead Organizational Change Consultant at Oracle Health, focusing on large-scale electronic health record modernization for federal customers. What you'd actually do

  1. Manage large or complex change management engagements and outcomes.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives.
  3. Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  4. Determine success metrics, monitor change progress, and provide updates on change readiness.
  5. Contribute industry expertise and leadership to influence organizational change management methodology across Oracle.
