Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Rev Cycle Trainer to deliver and continuously improve training programs supporting large-scale EHR implementations and adoption efforts, particularly in Federal environments. This role requires expertise in training delivery, consulting-grade workflow, and select back-end/build knowledge to ensure end-user productivity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training.
  2. Provide clinical subject matter expertise across a specific training program.
  3. Assess trainer effectiveness and provide structured coaching through observations and 1:1 feedback sessions to improve delivery consistency and outcomes.
  4. Track and analyze training KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, completion, proficiency/skill improvements) and tailor training plans accordingly.
  5. Leverage deeper solution knowledge to explain system behavior, workflow interdependencies, and design decision impacts to both clinical and operational audiences.
