Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership or related field
- 8-10 years total combined work experience, including: people management, operational management, consulting management, project or program management
- Must have leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
- Are able to travel to customer sites, when required
- Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Emotional Intelligence and leadership training
- Experience in learning, and/or change management experience, preferably health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
- Experience in talent identification, interviewing hiring and skills development
- Certification: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience with contract and scoping
- Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
- A strong health care acumen
Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
- Operates independently to provide quality knowledge sharing regrading products, industry best practices, local and state regulations, and their impacts to a project engagement.
- Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to provide continuous education surrounding, but not limited to Oracle products and technology, industry best practices, local and state regulations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,300 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
