This role is for a Senior Organizational Change Consultant at Oracle Health, focusing on supporting federal customers in an electronic health record modernization effort. The consultant will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance, including data collection, impact analysis, and stakeholder management. The role requires significant travel and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collect and analyze data through interview, observation, and informal discussion to understand an organization’s culture, success factors and barriers.
  2. Localize and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives.
  3. Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  4. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  5. Understand success metrics, monitor change progress, and provide updates on change readiness.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field experience
  • At least 6 years total related work experience, including: change management and/or project management experience, preferably health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
  • Must be U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance once hired
  • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
  • Able to travel to customer sites, if required
  • Able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Nice to have

  • Certification: Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Certification: Prosci Change Management
  • Experience with Federal or Public Sector customers
  • A strong health care acumen
