This role is for a Senior Revenue Cycle Architect at Oracle Health, focusing on implementing Oracle Health accounting and revenue cycle solutions for federal clients. What you'd actually do

  1. You will operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement as well as perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle Health accounting products and technology to meet customer needs.
  2. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in consulting with clients on comprehensive service line workflows, from current state assessments to future state design.
  3. Your responsibilities will include identifying and resolving issues, reporting solution status, risks, and concerns to both clients and project leadership.
  4. You will also engage with internal project and organizational teams to share configuration status, project timelines, updates, and verify configuration requests.
  5. As a vital team member, you will maintain strong client relationships across the functions within the PFS department, navigate through conflicts, and mentor associate consultants while supporting internal initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 5 years combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing IT solution roles.
  • An additional 4 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of independently handling tasks and projects.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in system design and build related to the Patient Accounting solution
  • Prior Federal Health Care IT experience
  • Experience in conversion and current state assessment.
  • Experience in workflow documentation.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience with the following: Cerner Contract Management, Soarian Financials, Cerner Patient Accounting, Oracle Health Patient Accounting, and other tools
  • Understanding of documenting Patient Accounting-related workflows, including Insurance Verification, Revenue Utilization, Billing, Accounts Management, Facility Revenue, and Payor Relations.
