This role focuses on the end-to-end configuration and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including integrations with third-party vendors, writing Fast Formulas, and managing quarterly releases. It involves translating business requirements into functional solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute the configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) for various global regions, including Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), and Career Sites.
  2. Support and maintain Oracle Verified Integrations (OVI) with third-party vendors for background checks, assessments, and other recruiting services.
  3. Proactively monitor and analyze Oracle’s quarterly release notes (e.g., 24A, 24B) to identify new features, bug fixes, and mandatory changes affecting ORC, Core HR, and Talent Management.
  4. Write and debug Fast Formulas to support complex business logic, such as custom eligibility rules and automated offer letter validations.
  5. Use Design Thinking principles to understand user pain points and contribute to the design of intuitive workflows for recruiters and candidates.

Skills

Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations or significant support experience in ORC across multiple countries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting, Recruiting Booster and Onboarding business processes
  • Proven ability to write Fast Formulas
  • experience managing OVI vendor integrations
  • Demonstrated experience managing the Oracle quarterly update cycle, including testing and feature adoption
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking or user-centric design methodologies

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Core HR and Talent Management modules
  • Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and SQL
  • Oracle Cloud HCM functional certifications
  • Automated test scripts like TOSCA
