Oracle Supply Chain Manager

This role is for an Oracle Supply Chain Manager at Deloitte, focusing on implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions for clients. Responsibilities include leading workstreams, gathering requirements, designing processes, managing teams, and supporting business development. The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules and full lifecycle implementations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  2. Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
  3. Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  4. Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
  5. Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.

Skills

Required

  • Functional implementation experience with 4+ complex, full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
  • 7+ years’ experience implementing any combination of Oracle Supply Chain modules
  • Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
  • Ability to travel 50% on average
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
