Oracle Supply Chain Senior Consultant

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the delivery of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations by working with client stakeholders to gather requirements, design business processes, and help execute transformation initiatives enabled by Oracle solutions.
  2. Support day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders and project team members.
  3. Contribute to Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation activities, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
  4. Assist with current-state and future-state process design, including scenario development, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
  5. Prepare project deliverables and support workstream execution across project phases.

Skills

Required

  • Functional implementation experience with 2+, full lifecycle full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations
  • 3+ years’ experience implementing any combination of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules
  • Experience supporting systems strategy, documenting business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing current-state and future-state business processes, and supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training
  • Ability to travel 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or another related field

Nice to have

  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments and project deliverables in a client-service environment
  • Proficiency in developing presentations and process documentation using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience leading a workstream for Oracle applications implementations
  • Advanced degree in the area of specialization
