Order Management Analyst

This role is for an Order Management Analyst at Clari + Salesloft, a company building a Predictive Revenue System powered by AI. The analyst will manage the order close and subscription management process, review documentation, book opportunities in SFDC, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. The role requires experience in order management, deal desk, finance, or operations, strong SFDC and Excel skills, and attention to detail.

What you'd actually do

  1. End to end management of the order close process and subscription management process
  2. Reviewing order documentation, purchase orders, and legal agreements to validate accuracy and compliance with internal policies and controls
  3. Accurately booking opportunities in SFDC systems and ensuring that data is appropriately reconciled against the order
  4. Collaborating with a global team of order management professionals to resolve non-standard order issues
  5. Ensuring order data is properly transitioning between downstream systems and departments

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in an order management, deal desk, finance, sales operations, or revenue operations function
  • A relentless focus on execution and operational excellence
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and flexibility to work extended hours during end of month, end of quarter, and high volume periods
  • Strong SFDC and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles
