This role is for an Order Management Analyst within the Global Revenue Team at The Trade Desk, a digital advertising technology company. The analyst will be responsible for customer onboarding, contract operationalization, pricing configuration, and billing readiness, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability. They will partner with various internal teams like Sales, Legal, and Finance, and external stakeholders to support revenue growth and maintain internal controls. Key responsibilities include reviewing contracts, flagging non-standard terms, verifying compliance, facilitating customer onboarding and billing, providing reports, and identifying process improvements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review customer contracts. Summarize key terms, issues and seek approvals, as needed.
  2. Flag non-standard contract terms for accounting and billing review.
  3. Ensure approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, escalated to the right approval levels, and resolved within reasonable time frames.
  4. Verify compliance with internal policies (and external regulations).
  5. Facilitate customer onboarding and new partner creation, account, rate setup and billing requests.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (i.e., Business, Accounting, or Operations) or 2+ years of related operational or accounting experience in one of the following areas: Client contracts, Order Management, Administrative Sales Support, Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, Invoicing or Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to apply policies consistently in a controlled environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skill
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, scaling organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle (Cloud), Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Incorta, Jira is a plus.
  • Experience with Ariba, Coupa billing portals is a plus
