Order Management Senior Analyst

Fivetran is seeking an Order Management Senior Analyst to lead global order validation operations, ensuring accurate bookings, system integrity, and scalable operational rigor. The role involves overseeing the order management process, coordinating across Salesforce, Product, and NetSuite, resolving deal exceptions, and enhancing audit-ready controls within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Responsibilities include final review of opportunities, validating order completeness and compliance, partnering with various teams to resolve booking blockers, monitoring data flows, leading root cause analysis, collaborating on automation initiatives, building key booking metrics, and managing a global team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in SaaS Order Management or related functions, expertise in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, and a strong understanding of bookings policies, revenue recognition, and SOX controls.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own global order management operations and be responsible for final review and movement of opportunities to closed/won in Salesforce.
  2. Serve as the frontline owner for validating order completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Fivetran’s bookings policy, revenue recognition rules, and SOX standards.
  3. Partner with Deal Desk, GTM, and Revenue Accounting teams to review contracts, resolve booking blockers, and ensure timely deal closure.
  4. Monitor and manage order data flows across Salesforce, our Product platform, and NetSuite via Celigo, ensuring data integrity and identifying integration or system sync issues.
  5. Lead root cause analysis of order issues; propose process or system improvements and document exception handling playbooks.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk, Revenue Accounting, or Billing functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
  • Proven ability to work across functions, resolve issues independently, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Strong understanding of bookings policies, revenue recognition principles, and SOX control frameworks.
  • Experience leading or mentoring global teams; able to prioritize and communicate across time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with a process improvement focus and comfort using dashboards and reports.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
