Salesforce is seeking an Order Management Specialist to review and book quotes, manage cases, and collaborate on projects, ensuring compliance with company policies. What you'd actually do

  1. Review and process quotes to ensure compliance with Salesforce.com policies.
  2. Adjust opportunities as per given guidelines to ensure accuracy for forecasting purposes
  3. Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements
  4. Manage queues and share best practices and knowledge as one Global Order Management Team
  5. Establish strong relationships with Sales Operations, Renewals, Collections, Compensation, Legal, Sales, Provisioning, Services and other internal resources as appropriate
