Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Order to Cash Business Process Enablement Lead for their Orthopaedics division. This role focuses on designing and deploying new/enhanced business processes, performing root cause analysis, and resolving process issues within the Order to Cash platform. The lead will collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance, acting as a Subject Matter Authority for US Region Order to Cash processes, and coordinating business simulation and user acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include leading projects, serving as a resource for cross-functional teams, identifying strategic improvements, developing business process flows, and managing change and communications for process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP. Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GxP compliance is also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead multiple moderate-size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision-making skills, and project management skills.
  2. Act as a key resource on larger projects and serve as a consultant with cross-functional team members for Surgery, EP, and Neuro Order to Cash processes, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing status updates to impacted business partners and IT teams.
  3. Find opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption and other risks caused by business, IT, or industry-specific change initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain business process flows managed within the Order to Cash platform.
  5. Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well-informed decisions.
