Organization Design Manager

This role is for an Organization Design Manager at Deloitte, focusing on transforming the nature of work and workforce dynamics within enterprises. While the role mentions "adopting AI" as a client challenge, the core responsibilities revolve around organization design, operating models, job architecture, and compensation strategies, not direct AI/ML development or deployment. The role aims to help clients navigate workforce issues and align talent strategies, with a focus on people-centered solutions and operational excellence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead project teams or multiple workstreams in the delivery of Organization Design & Strategy engagements.
  2. Drive analysis and design of operating models, evaluating structures to achieve desired business outcomes.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of job architecture frameworks, including designing the framework, conducting job mapping, and managing the creation of job descriptions.
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of compensation strategies—including base pay, bonus programs, and salary structures—by reviewing compensation benchmarking reports.
  5. Apply analytical tools and data visualizations to inform design recommendations and assess project impact.
