Organization Workforce & Change Consultant

This role supports clients in solving complex business and workforce challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation support. The consultant will help organizations translate strategy into actionable workforce and change solutions that improve performance and enable transformation, leveraging AI and data-driven solutions to drive behavioral and cultural changes for successful business transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting the design and delivery of workforce, organization, and change initiatives for clients across industries
  2. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform recommendations, implementation plans, and executive decision-making
  3. Developing client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summaries
  4. Assisting with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and project meetings to gather requirements and align on priorities
  5. Tracking project activities, risks, milestones, and dependencies to support timely delivery of workstreams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, workforce transformation, organization transformation, change management, or human capital projects
  • 2+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to support client recommendations
  • 2+ years of experience creating client-ready deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • 2+ years of experience supporting project workstreams, status tracking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice to have

  • Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment.
  • Active membership in at least 1 Human Capital-related professional organization; completion of at least 1 relevant course or certification; or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year.
