Organization Workforce & Change Senior Consultant

This role supports clients in solving complex business and workforce challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation support. It involves advising on workforce and change priorities, assessing stakeholder impacts, designing communication and adoption plans, analyzing data, and supporting project delivery. The role also involves leveraging AI and data-driven solutions to drive behavioral and cultural changes for successful business transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Advise clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes.
  2. Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; develop mitigation and adoption strategies.
  3. Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets.
  4. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize findings, and develop presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership.
  5. Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership strategy, or learning strategy in a consulting or industry role
  • 4+ years of experience developing and executing communication plans
  • 4+ years of experience developing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel, including data visualization, storytelling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • 2+ years of facilitation experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment
  • Active membership in at least 1 human capital professional organization, completion of at least 1 human capital course or certification, or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year
