What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and Leadership Development to assess organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and team dynamics
  2. Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend targeted interventions
  3. Translate business strategy into organizational and leadership actions
  4. Collaborate with OD/OE professionals in a community of practice
  5. Design and support change management strategies for key business initiatives
