Salesforce is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with Global Outsourcing Service Provider leadership. The role focuses on strategic planning, program optimization, and business operational support, involving Go-To-Market planning, performance metrics, data analysis, and forecast management. The position requires experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with R, Python, SQL, and Tableau being a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan under the annual strategy planning cycle. This includes account creation, resource allocation, territory assignment, compensation, quota setting, etc.
  2. Define key performance metrics and targets, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations to leadership.
  3. Perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, participation, partner engagement, white space, etc.)
  4. Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units, coordinate weekly forecast calls to track status of sales pursuits.
  5. Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organise quarterly business reviews.
