Outpatient Lead

This role focuses on developing and scaling outpatient management strategies within the healthcare sector, specifically for DePuy Synthes, a medical device company. The Outpatient Management Lead will work with country teams to shift care pathways from inpatient to outpatient settings, improving outcomes, patient experience, and cost of care. Key responsibilities include evolving the outpatient value proposition, creating practical playbooks, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and partnering with country leaders for execution and scale-up. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to build economic narratives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve the outpatient management value proposition and modular clinical/operating models that countries can adapt
  2. Translate strategy into practical playbooks (model selection, prerequisites, implementation steps, success metrics)
  3. Identify and size outpatient opportunities across countries and priority procedure areas
  4. Partner with country leaders to select target sites and co-create pathway changes; support scale-up across accounts
  5. Define outcome measures and build pragmatic economic value cases to steer delivery and demonstrate impact
