Johnson & Johnson Johnson & Johnson · Pharma · Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

This role focuses on developing and scaling outpatient management strategies within the healthcare sector, specifically for DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. The Outpatient Management Lead will collaborate with country teams and cross-functional partners to design clinical pathways, improve operational efficiency, and build economic value cases to shift care from inpatient to outpatient settings. What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve the outpatient management value proposition and modular clinical/operating models that countries can adapt
  2. Translate strategy into practical playbooks (model selection, prerequisites, implementation steps, success metrics)
  3. Partner with country leaders to select target sites and co-create pathway changes; support scale-up across accounts
  4. Define outcome measures and build pragmatic economic value cases to steer delivery and demonstrate impact
  5. Create evidence packages and case studies to support credibility and scaling
